As I approach 60 years of age, I learn more and more about the aging process...and in the midst of it all realize that I still long to have what I did when I was in my 20's and 30's. In this wonderful collection of short stories, Ken Staley brings home the truth that just because we are the ages we are, love still can happen. Being an eternal optimist, I feel I can still have my happily ever after. Those of us in what is known as the "sunset" years still have dreams, hopes, wishes, bucket lists, and the desire to love another person. We still want to be cherished, important, cared about. These lovely stories touch on all of these very real emotions and more. I recommend this collection of short stories to the over 50 crowd. Thanks, Ken, for putting into words what so many wish they could. I was given this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
