I don't need a whole lot of plot most of the times to enjoy my smutty fantasies, but man the plot in this series is just dragging forever and ever. My read stop with volume 2, I just can't take it anymore.

I think we all know why we are reading this. And it's for Hadrials energy and antics. The plot was definitely on the back burner and this was all relationship building for Nyfain and Finley. Plot kicked in 30 pages to the end but honestly it's just smutty fun with a sweet romance underneath.

DNF
I am so sick of everlass, reading books in the library, and non stop cunnlingus and sex and then repeat over and over again. Also so confused about some modern takes like jeans, a purple dildo and vibrators (except electricity disappeared) and everyone using swords and acting like it’s the Middle Ages

Whew! I love a good spicy book!

The storyline can be pretty predictable; however, I have enjoyed the interactions between Finley and pretty much *everyone*

I would love to hear more from Hadriel ( he’s become my favorite).

3 stars for Hadriel
Hadriel waltzed into the room. “My darling.”
He wore a purple robe open at the front, revealing a bare torso covered in sparkles and tiny pink briefs showing off the outline of his flaccid cock. Fuzzy blue slippers covered his feet, and the pungent aromas of smoke and alcohol drifted off him.

How can you not love the guy?

Hannon really stepped it up as well, my second fav for sure.

All in all not my fav but not bad. The series as whole this far makes for an easy, cheesy read with dialogue that makes me giggle. I have no qualms!
