This was fun, it’s very interesting to see how a God would handle becoming mortal, especially when he has to rely on his children. 
Trials of Apollo seems to be shaping up to be a fun read it’ll be interesting to see how this develops, especially as Apollo learns more about being mortal and what that means.

I really enjoyed this book! It was a little more slow paced than the PJO and Heroes of Olympus series, but was still really good.

This book is so much fun, and I totally see why everyone loves Rick Riordan. I'll be reading many more of his books in the future, but I want to wait a bit to savor them. What a beautiful book for young folks to read with nary a terf in sight.
