I picked this up from Kobo for $2.99.. What a bargain! My original plan was to buy this and make it last until the 7th May when the last book comes out... No such luck! I read all 60 pages in 24 hours... I think I have a problem!
This book shouldn't be called 2.5... as previously mentioned in some other reviews it is indeed the first 2 books through Jules POV. The story was rather vague (but that didn't bother me because we obviously already know the plot)
It told the story of Jules' bitter sweet predicament - falling for his best friends girl... and I now care more for Jules as a character than before. Poor guy!!!

Anyway at the end of the book (well at least the Kobo version) we have a sneak preview at "If I Should Die" which was a lovely little surprise. If you weren't going to read Die For Her at all... at least spend the $2.99 to read the first chapter of If I Should Die.

Definitely worth it!

20 Days to go! Yay!

I already loved Jules but now I actually know what he thinks and feels. I know him intimately now.

Poor Jules!
How tragic that he never truly loved anyone and when that finally happens, it's his best friend's girlfriend that holds his heart. *sigh*

Just because of one reason: JULES!
I fell in love with him when I read Die For Me and even more after Until I Die! So I was so excited to read something from his point of view.

I was a bit disappointed, because I thought this would be a "whole" story. I don't know how to describe it, but I try. We voted for a story we wanted to hear and this was just a summary of book 1 & 2. I liked the parts between Jules and Kate and they were very well written.
It was good to see his point of view, but the things that happened between their encounters... let me just say there weren't any in this ad on. That annoyed me.

On the other side it had been good to have a little summary just before If I Should Die comes out. And I'm a bit unsure, but I just realised after reading this how annoying Vincent was! Has he ever been acting this way? So I hope there's much more of Jules than him in this book, so I can fangirl a lot more.

Oh and how could I forget to tell my favorite thing in the book? Jules with only a towel had been great, but to imagine him without one has been even better :D

This is book 2.5 in the Revenants series by Amy Plum. It is Jules' point of view during the events of books 1 and 2 of the series, mostly pertaining to Kate.

Julllleeesss. Jules, I'll love you! To hell with Kate! Jules is so adorable, and even more so when you get inside his head. This novella is extremely short and to the point, but it's perfect because you don't really want to rehash in great detail all of the story you've already read. The ending is soul crushing if you've already read book 3 and know what's going to happen. My poor, poor Jules.
