I’m not sure how this has been classified as a thriller when it is more of a contemporary novel but I really enjoyed it!

A bit predictable....

The pages kept me turning, but I figured out the twist about 1/2 way thru.

I definitely liked it, but was expecting more of a shock.

I also wouldn't label this a psychological thriller. It most certainly was not.

Here's the thing, this book is marketed as a thriller, and while at times the book was thrilling, the entire thing was not a thrilling experience for me. And I also figured shit out very much so before the end.

However, the characters were interesting, the links they all had towards one another were interesting, and the premise (while it could've been done in a more "thrilling" way) was interesting.

This is the first I've read by this author, but it did intrigue me to read more.

My first "one day" read of the year (at least a book with a substantial amount of pages). I'd recommend for sure.

Cliche side story, underwhelming climax, misadvertised as a thriller.

I agree with a previous review. I'm not sure I would call this a thriller. It wasn't 'creepy' etc and it WA so retry predictable. Like they build up 100 pages for a big reveal that you guessed on page one. I also didn't like how it jumped from first to third person all the time

That being said, it was a good story! Definitely worth a read and would make a good drama film!
