Fand das Hörbuch sehr gelungen, es war sehr stimmungsvoll, besonders auch mit dem Hören des Plattdeutschen. Apropos Plattdeutsch.. da ging mir wohl einiges an mir vorbei, weil ich es wirklich nicht verstehe.. Die Geschichte an sich ist nicht wirklich spannend, weil wir als Hörer schnell wissen, was geschieht, aber Fontane war das Zeigen des Sozialmilieu des Dorfes wichtiger wie die Aufklärung eines Kriminalfalles.

This is the worst book I've ever had to read for school (and in my life). I would give it zero stars if I could.

Unterm Birnbaum was the only book I've thrown away in my life.
