Why does it make such a big deal of them being (distant) cousins and then they end up as the romantic couple?????

I really want more. This book is like that odd live-child between Janet Evonovich and Lauren Willig. It's delightful, quirky, and full of British references that I have no clue what it means and don't particularly care because the story and characters have my undivided attention.

I am going to one day add this author to my private collection, because she's a brilliant writer and you should definitely check her books out!

Five stars.

Katie Fforde never fails to hit the mark. A nice easy read with lots of sexual tension!
The cousin thing was a bit weird but it worked out OK in the end

Bit of fun. Not a piece of literature, but a sweet, relaxing read for a Sunday afternoon.

I can't take the idea that they are cousins but everyone around them seem not to mind. I'm so confused.

British chick lit is more tolerable than American chick lit, but my American sensibilities couldn't get past the fact that she falls for her cousin.
