I again found myself in a love-hate relationship with this author's work. While the overall book held my interest, I couldn't quite warm up to the epilogue, and the final three chapters left me somewhat dissatisfied.
This MMMM romance, with a dash of MMMMFF, presented an interesting dynamic. Still, I wished for more explicit content warnings, especially regarding the internal and on-screen homophobia that played a significant role in the narrative. It would have been helpful to know about these aspects beforehand.
Despite these drawbacks, the story's merits and the intricate relationships explored were intriguing. The author's ability to craft complex character dynamics is evident, even though certain elements left me wanting more clarity.

Not much horror here, was mostly boring. Was not expecting to get a lecture on consent from Dracula.
