Achei o livro interessante e a autora aborda muitas perspectivas importantes,mas por já fazer terapia sobre o tema a alguns anos não achei inovador,me trouxe mais uma reafirmação. Definitivamente recomendo para quem está iniciando a busca sobre o assunto.

Most of what's discussed in this book had very little to do with self-care or Immature Parents. But I did find some of the advice helpful.

The short and sweet way the information was presented also didn't really work with the topic in my opinion.
