This was a great companion to reading "Becoming" by Michelle Obama. Seeing the Obamas in the days before the election was so lovely, especially hearing the stories from Michelle Obama alongside the photos and commentary from Souza. And Souza captures people and situations so very well, I felt like I was living in a piece of history.

Nice coffee table type photo essay book of Barack Obama's first couple of years in public life. This man has got to be elected our next president!

I am clearly having nostalgia for when this man was in office since I just read Chasing Light about Michelle Obama . He's missed, the understatement of the year!
