The conclusion itself had a lot of catharsis, I just found myself bored through much of the middle, unfortunately. Overall, however, I still recommend this trilogy for its interesting world and characters.

good solid conclusion. I enjoyed the series. Apparently there are a bunch of other books, a 3.5 short story and then some later novels. Greg has read book 5 iirc, and he didn't like it as much. so for now i've stopped with this series to read other things.

A great conclusion to the Lirael story. I really love these books.

Revisiting this series again was a lot of fun; the story held up and I was just as interested ten years later. I listened to the audiobook primarily, narrated by Tim Curry and it was great.

Still an excellent read. Pacy and tense, it's very difficult to put down. Once again, the Dog and Mogget are the best part of the book, although all characters are given their chance to shine. The twists are genuinely unexpected but well foreshadowed upon re-reading.

Abhorsen picks up immediately following the end of Lirael. This is the climactic end to the Abhorsen trilogy and an excellent book.

The audiobook, narrated by Tim Curry, is fantastic as well.
