This was ass
Not trying to hate on the guy but what exactly am I to gain from a two-century old manuscript, at times unreadable with the most basic plot and no conclusion.
I will give him that "Viehsiognomik" and some story about Leberwurst and Blutwurst is funny also I liked the idea of an unconditional human liberty that Idealism presupposes and which the book denies even though in turn I don't agree with the book.

there definitely have been worse plays i’ve had to read for school… but i’m actually kind of interested in how the author would’ve ended this play, if he ever got to finish it

I KNOW this is a hugely influential piece of contemporary drama, and I KNOW it's a must-read for any drama student, but I just don't get it. I must have missed the memo or something.
