I received this book free for an honest review and I absolutely loved it. It had a little bit of everything in this story. It was a beautiful story that had romance, drama, sadness, some disasters, and ultimately it ended with a happy ending. I loved Liam and Riley they just brought me into their lives and I totally fell in love with them as human beings as well as how good they are together. This book was really easy to get wrapped up in. It was a light read that just had the right amount of everything. I recommend to anyone that would like a great book to read to pick up this one you won’t be sorry.

I liked the balance in this book between the romance plot and the town-related plot more than I did the earlier books in the series, since it finally felt like the romance was the point of the book. Liam was a charmer, since I have a thing for protective types, but I thought Riley's stubborn self-reliance was believable in her situation and made for a solid-but-overcome-able personality conflict between the lovers. Plus, it's a childhood crush romance, and that's always a winner for me when it's done well.

I'm usually skeptical about the quality of Kindle freebies but this book was really, really good. The writing is phenomenal. The characters are well rounded and relatable. The dialogue is witty. The romance is paced well and realistic. Honestly, one of the better books I've read this year. Looking forward to reading more of this author.

I loved Riley. And I love that this story perfectly sidestepped the whole "mom who is an emotional help vampire and takes her kids for all they have" storyline I was sure was happening at the beginning.

I read this for the Guy/Girl Next Door square for Romance Bingo and it was also a Kindle Freebie selection.

"I feel like sending a message out to every teenage girl everywhere who ever had a crush on her best friend's big brother---don't give up."

There's a sweetness to this story that can't be denied. The hero enjoys hugs from his mom and never misses a chance to act the gentleman. The heroine's stubborn streak about not accepting help got run into the ground a bit but she's still likable.

The first half they are pretty cute with their desire but both a bit scared to make the first move. The middle and second half drags a bit but if you enjoy encompassing small town stories, you might enjoy the feel and characters here that provide that. The second half gets a bit racy for how the story starts off with shorter but sexy scenes.

This is a sweeter, a bit more slow moving Jill Shalvis equivalent small town romance. The couple is cute and sweet, the secondary characters range from darling to can't wait for their book, and the ending will have an An Officer and a Gentleman fan sighing happily.

I really enjoyed it, probably the most from the whole series so far. I loved the characters and the story, which was a little different from the other ones. It was a funny, easy, fast read.

This book was so sad to me. The nice guy is basically treated like trash just for being nice. The woman's so stubborn and stupid and mean. I understood there was a back story intended to make me sympathetic to Riley and understand where she's coming from. BUT she's an adult. If she can't just chill for a second and not let the past get in her way, well that's just her too bad.

Didn't enjoy this book, personally.

Another fun Wishful romance! Liam is an absolute sweetie and Riley is learning how to cope with a lot that's going on in her life. A great read!

Okay, so this wasn't bad per se, it just wasn't all that great. The characters were alright, though neither of the mains really had anything going for them. I liked the idea of Riley being the one responsible for her mum, that was interesting but apart from that, not much else was going on.

I thought they became 'official' way too fast and out of nowhere, they hadn't seen each other for like 12 years, how on Earth would they know what that persons like? Not to mention that even when they did 'know'(like, had proper, deep conversations)each other, it was only basically for a week. Nothing really came after it either, they were together and happy ig and that was the end.

Riley's troubles with the pharmacy frustrated me to no end, just one bad thing after another, but when the *really* bad thing happened, it was resolved so quickly that it didn't even feel like it happened.

Overall, I wasn't a big fan of this book and I find it very doubtful that I'd go and read the others in the series. Nothing felt like it was resolved in a reasonable and authentic manner.
