This book is very enjoyable for what it is; this is a YA book meant for a YA audience. You have to suspend your disbelief about a teenager being able to solve a murder that cops could not. If you are reading this expecting a Stephen King adult type plot line and setting, you’re going to be disappointed.
I did enjoy the book, enough, in fact that I bought the rest of the series as soon as I finished this book. The last part of the book was completely wild, and kind of read like the script of a CW TV show. But it is enjoyable and good as a starting off point if you were in a bit of a reading slump and don’t know what to read to get back into reading.

I loved it honestly. Pip is such a lovable protagonist and I loved Ravi and Cara as well. The ending had me on the edge of my seat the whole time and I had even watched the show prior so I knew what was basically going to happen. overall a very good read.

A quick, easy read that surprised me at the end even when I thought I had solved it! Definitely a read for someone a few years younger, but still entertaining enough.

I loved this book! The character development was excellent and they were all very relatable in their own ways. I liked the format, it was a nice change up from the usual and lent itself to the suspenseful unfolding of the story.

So much better than the show. Pip was "not like other girls" in the show and annoyed me. She's so much better in the book. I was ready to hate this because I didn't enjoy the show, but this was much better.

This hit the spot. I cried, I laughed, I was terrified. There were so many twists and turns. Ravi Singh >>>>>>
