This book is part advice, part autobiography, part biology textbook and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It mostly focuses on the importance of movement for the brain, and while it probably isn't new information to the vast majority of people that moving regularly is good for their mental health, this book provides some insight into why that might be, how often you should exercise, and which type of exercise is best for you.
Some information was quite repetitive, though. As someone who works out quite often already, I was a bit "meh" by the fact how often it was repeated how important movement is. I was hoping to get some more nuanced advice on what else I can do to help my brain.
I wanted to give 3 stars, but at the end I found myself almost crying, so I had to give 4 stars obviously :)
