I loved the emotional punch of the first chapter and the nuggets (I won't say what kind because I don't want to spoil it) contained within. Although Real Sexy was predictable for the most part I still found it an enjoyable read and I'm looking forward to next book in the Dirty world.

The girl who never gets a happily ever after finally finds hers!

I loved seeing Boone win over Ripley - and she was one tough nut to crack! Ripley was keen on keeping her independence and Boone does a great job of respecting that while also showing her that she can be a strong, independent woman and have love! I adored seeing Boone's family - they were so gorgeous! - and I'm so glad we found the truth to what happened with Ripley's family too! A great duet!!

Audiobook.

The first book was a 5 for me, this one I'm going to go with a 4. This story in general seemed a bit rushed on the second book. I'm used to her trilogies. For Meghan March this book was pretty low drama which I appreciated but it seemed like the part where they were really together to the end was kind of rushed.

Overall I did really enjoy it. Musician, country, Southern type romances aren't really the type I am usually drawn to, but Meghan March just writes such great strong alpha males. And lots of good spicy scenes, that I end up enjoying her books even if it's not something I would normally pick up. Loved Boone and Ripley was such a great strong independent female as well.

Just when I couldn't love Boone Thrasher any more, he admitted to being a mommas boy, doting uncle, and dedicated brother. Excuse my while my whole ass heart just explodes.

This duet was a fast read, great pace never felt like a dull moment. I loved Boone and Ripley and I'm glad the conclusion brought so many answers to questions from book 1. Meghan march always writes a solid book. Likable characters, humor, mystery and sexy!
