I had so many thoughts on this book, but now I don't remember them anymore. There was some misogyny in there. Also, it seems impossible to find a good thriller these days.

This is a superb read!

Kirby impresses with this read which was originally published as ‘The Tests’ in 2021.
The first half was a slow burner, however, the pace fastened in the second half and left me on the edge of my seat. There were so many twists and turns and I couldn’t predict what would happen next. This was a superb read and I enjoyed reading something set fairly locally to me.

I recommend this pageturner which is being re-published by Inkubator Books on the 18th May!

Many thanks to Robert W. Kirby, Inkubator Books and NetGalley for this early read of the new publication.
