*4.5*
This volume was awesome and very action packed, we meet a few new characters and lose a few more kids. The monsters are still rampant and are picking up their pace with the killings, their confidence is growing and we begin to realise that now they kinda just don’t give a fuck and are ONLY concerned with satisfying their hunger. Which creates a really tense and unpredictable atmosphere throughout.
We learn a bit more background about Erica and the agency she belongs to and how her career as a monster hunter started.
This is quickly becoming one of my favourite comics/graphic novels I’ve ever read.
*wouldn’t recommend to children under 12(ish), maybe even older. Guess it would depend on the sensitivity of the child*
*content warnings*
Gore, death of a child, grief, body horror, blood visuals, monsters, drinking, cursing, physical assault (against an elder and a man).
I may have missed some content warnings so please read with caution if need be, research/read other reviews before reading if necessary
