I get the hype

I’ve been hearing about Wesmie for a while now and I can now say that I get the hype. They are cuddly, sweet and filthy perfection. This is definitely a feel good book with just the smallest touch of angst.

This book right here was the book that got me back into reading. I had not read books in YEARS, and I just happened to pick this up, which changed the year. A second chance of friendship and the first chance at love, the book was beautiful, and Wes and Jamie were perfect together. Wes was holding his love in for so many years, and then Jamie falls in love with him back, it is truly magic. The whole story was just beautiful and special to read.

This guy is under the impression that stopping is even an option. I would, of course, if he asked me to, but as long as he’s begging for my mouth? For my finger? Nothing short of dying will stop me from giving it to him. I’ll give him every fucking part of myself, serve it to him like a feast at a banquet. Jamie Canning has no idea the kind of power he has over me.

I typically shy away from sports romance (just not a sporty gal) but this one grabbed my attention and then kept it. Kept it so much I couldn't not put this book down to save my life. It was an emotional ride from start to finish and the steam was steamy.

My biggest complaint is that I had a hard time remembering which perspective I was reading at any time. Both male main characters had similar speaking styles and not enough distinctive personality traits for me to easily tell the difference.

I can't bring myself to describe my love for these two, baby Wes and baby Jamie. Such a light read and definitely enjoyed every part of it ❤️

So spicy

Just when I thought I was falling out of love with audiobooks, I listened to this… and it turns out that I still love them, they just have to have good stories.

I loved how it was very drama-free and how their relationship evolved without judgement or second guessing. There’s not much hockey, even though it is about two hockey players. The spice was off the charts!
