This book made me laugh, some of the combos and presentations are so creative and unique, you gotta admire the human spirit expressed in food.

Have been watching the show since the beginning. Since I don't have a food truck nearby what better way then to buy the book and try to make the same popular food truck meals. great book pretty easy recipes.
