What made me feel this was a good developed thriller? Honestly, I don't fucking know. All I know is that the reading experiencing was tense. That's all I can recall about it. What made it so good was the unpredictability of the events. I was questioning everything and everyone and when the chapters came in I would think: Here we go again, making it to obvious I would get bored from this point forward, for my mind to be irritated with the question: then what is next? Been confused and lost about every single character was a good, GOOD, thing, because I didn't knew where the book was heading. Kimberly Belle really just hooked me up from the beginning, with all tension about the main characters been rich, the husband been famous, been stalked, like, I could not have a break like the characters in the book. I don't know if I missed obvious details, but I got sucked into the tension of the situation in the book, like, I didn't care about the mask, all I wanted to know was the why, the where, the who, and the what.
I expected the norm of it was the husband's idea or the wife's scheme, there was something beyond that, and that plot was just perfect.
Honestly (and finally) a unique thriller and I'm just going to stay quiet about because the issue here was just perfect.

Every mothers worst nightmare happens to Jade as she parks in her garage and comes face to face with a masked man with a gun who ends up holding her and her two kids captive as the wait for her celebrity chef husband to scrounge up the ransom money the man is demanding, the thing is they may not be as well off as her husband has led her to believe and as the day goes on she learns more about her husband then she believes possible.
This thriller jumped right into it at the beginning which made me a little nervous but honestly it worked out SO well. I absolutely devoured this and enjoyed every second of it.
