I have fond memories of this series, but flipping through it five or so years later I can't really understand what I liked about it.
The art is too simplistic for my tastes, as is the plot and the romance itself. The romance itself just isn't believable and far too cliche in my opinion. I don't particularly like the heroine either - really it's a miracle I didn't catch on earlier and give this series away.
Definitely not worth the quick re-read I gave it, or rather reading half the book and putting it down - amazed at my past tastes in manga.

It's just so cute!!! ❤️❤️ It's got so many exaggerated tropes to the point of ridiculousness, but it's adorable so I do not object at all! Can't wait to read the next one!

Aww so adorable!! I love that it's only two volumes. It's nice have a cute short manga that I can get through in a day. The ending was a bit abrupt, but super cute!

I didn't like it as much as the 1st volume. Rena would constantly get jealous in each chapter. I didn't think they worked through it very well either. It was still silly like the 1st volume though.

It's ok. It's definitley cute and my students will like the story. I may keep it in my classroom because it has tips in the back for how to make your own manga.
