The first three tales of kingdom are enjoyable.  Her Mad Hatter (Alice in wonderland) was my least fav of the three, but still good.  Gerard’s Beauty (Beauty and the Beast) was my favorite—just a nice romance, a bit different than the Disney version we have come to know so well (Gerard does not mean Gaston), and the last tale of Red and her Wolf…sticks to the fairytale mostly, but oh so much more nuanced.  I may pick up the other in this series going forward.

I read this a looooong time ago, but I remember liking it. It gets sexy, so Mom, don't read this. Everyone else is allowed lol

Hall does not disappoint. Ever since I discovered her, I've enjoyed her style. I love fairytale retellings, and this fits my tastes beautifully. I was leary of the second book, not caring to hear his story, but it still had its charm.

Good read

This gives us a look into what happens after "The End" of some of our favorite fairy tales. It also reenforced that bad boys need love too!

I must say, I did like this box set. It was unique and a different spin on Alice and wonderland. I loved the quirkiness of this story and the connection between the characters.

The first two books didn't have much to them besides sexual tension. The last story actually had some adventure and danger to it but not enough development to really sell me on the series. I like the recipes at the end of each story. They are a fun addition with extra "in character" notes.

Exciting stories.

I would say these stories are fairytale retellings with a twist and a bit sultry. The story was good and the writing was fluid. The plot moved along and the characters were great. Loved everything.
