How is thisss not the best jane austen novel, I will never know!!!!!!!!!


I know that pride and prejudice is one of the greatest love stories of all time and one of my all time favourite book.
I think that the contrast between Mr Darcy and Elizabeth and the hate to love sort of romance makes pride and prejudice a more romantic novel but Captain wentworth is, in my opinion, a better love interest and the story focuses on more nuanced themes than romance.

This book is soo much better in terms of characters and jane austen's writing is just impeccable.

Anne is such a smart character, dare I say more than our lizzy, if not witty like her. She is more mature and the story in itself is more mature and funny at the same time. The characters were hilarious.
This is by far one of the best second chance romance i've ever read. That trope and a jane austen novel.......I was bound to be destroyed.

I think my fav jane austen novel will always be the one I read last.
