I enjoyed this book more than a touch of darkness. The problem was that I didn’t do the tandem read so i was frustrated and part of me just wished to skip the book and just wanted to get to the third book so that the story would continue, which is why the rating is probalby lower than what it could have been had I actually done the tandem read.Nonetheless, I did truly enjoy reading about his POV, since I learned more about his thought process and about the other important things that were happening, that weren’t mentioned in a touch of darkness. Something that did frustrate me was that everything was so sexual. Persephone could be doing the most normal thing and he would see it as something seductive and he just kept on fantasizing about her which is fine but bro was having too many dirty thoughts. It felt like every single page included at least one. They needed to tone in down a bit and let the tension rebuild!!!
