What a grand way to end the series... and a great way for us to meet Ghost, Beatle, Truck, Fletch, Blade, Coah & Hollywood... and of course... Penelope. Lovely epilogues for all of our couples. Quite right too. Of course, this isn't the last that we hear from any of them... especially poor Tex... the busiest man in America!!

Side-note: I have an issue with the word 'handicapped' being used in reference to a person... this isn't the right usage of the word. For a person... 'disabled' is more appropriate as a descriptor if it is really needed. 'Handicapped' can be used in reference to a parking space, for example. This has been the case for many decades now...

If you have read the SEAL of Protection stories, this is a perfect summation. You get to peek in on everyone and how they have changed in the few years since the last book ended, you get a little peek into a mission, and you get a peek into a few new characters. This is NOT a book I would read if I hadn't read all the other books because there would be WAY too many characters to try and keep up with. Full review will be on my blog The Book Disciple

Excellent story! This is about Army Sergeant Penelope Turner and her rescuers, Army Night Stalkers, Delta Force and Navy SEALs led by Wolf. The story is also about the SEAL team's wives and children. When this SEAL team gets ready to leave they each feel a strange kind of danger and just knew that this mission was going to be different.

I highly recommend this fantastic book and series. It's the last book in the SEAL of Protection series. I'm sad that this series is over because getting to know these amazing men and the women that complete them has been a heck of a ride but happy that we're moving on to another special forces team. Susan Stoker writes fantastic military romance! This was a very emotional and exciting read.

I adored this whole series! And I find it really hard to choose a favourite, because they were all special to me.

I have to give it a 5 star despite MANY MANY parts being emotionally difficult for me to read, a few paragraphs skipped totally. It was just that good of a book, despite all that (which only affects me personally). Really wonderful way to wrap it all up. Great story and as always great characters. Just great.
