I thought the anime was brutal, but damn - I don't think any other story has so many decapitations.

Je déteste tellement Bodin... Il est beaucoup trop flippant.
Sinon,on a encore de nouveaux personnages. J'espère qu'ils vont rapidement rejoindre les persos principaux parce que c'est beaucoup de dispersion.
Malgré tout c'est un tome sympa, Arslan apprend enfin des choses sur sa famille.

As always, brilliant. I'm starting to wonder if there's more trouble brewing for Arslan within his own camp. I hope I'm wrong. There's certainly enough trouble for him from outside the camp.
Kubard is great and I enjoyed seeing him in action again. Al-Farid's brother is a fun new addition. The Princess of Maryam is also going to be an interesting character. I was not expecting her to ally with whom she chose.

I've just pre-ordered the next installment. Come on October 1st!

I'm so glad I finally gave this a shot. I am really, really enjoying it so far. And then there's the bonus bonus of getting to enjoy Arakawa's art while reading. I can't wait to see how the story progresses.
