Thank you SJ for recommending this book to me. This was a fantastic read. The story was intriguing and sweet. I found myself in Layla in many ways. We are both Sri Lankan, and we both love reading. She was feisty yet sweet. I love the way she was describes. I especially love how she defends herself. She is not someone to mess with. Also, there is Chase. He is gorgeous and perfect. If I can get a man like him, I would not mind. A plus is the fact that he cooks for Layla. There were times when I felt like strangling him, but I still loved him. The brothers, Kage and James add too the hotness factor and I can't wait to read their books. Also, this book had a whole lot of drama. It was interesting to see how changed Chase is because of Layla. I really liked how he made up for his faults. Another plus is the man can sing. Ahh...fangirling a lot for Chase. Hehe...anyways I loved every minute of it. Overall, an amazing read.

This is a nice quick romance read. Relatable, lovable characters. What happens when you date a player that never dates??

Okay so I was kind of expecting more from this book... The story kind of dragged on longer than necessary. The writing was meh, and the chemistry was ehhh.. Overall, this was a meh book.

Loved this one, what can I say.....everyone has to love books about a family of hot, alpha brothers, who also happen to be big softies!! Loved the start to this series, and am thrilled that I have the next few to get me through!!

This is Fernando and Martens’ first book and I think that they did a fine job (seeing as I could never write a book, I can just read them and fall in love with the characters.)

I found myself hating Chase for a long time before I eventually decided that he was an all around good guy, however that was towards the end of the book. Because I wanted to tell Chase off for most of the book, it was hard for me to get into the connection that Layla and Chase had right off the bat. At first, it is just this intense connection with nothing happening to support it (although you find out later why Chase felt that connection towards Layla and it started to make more sense) but it had me stunned that this deep love bloomed out of nowhere (this also includes her connection with James and Kade.) I will say that I am jealous of Layla for being able to walk into a house filled with three hot men and is able to win them over in a matter of minutes. ☺

Once I found my love for Chase, the book started to flow better and I found myself all right with the fast pace of the book after that. I will say that I am intrigued by what the next book will bring with the background of Kade’s story and I am curious to know why James was so mysterious at times in the first book.

Weirdly enjoyable for how poorly written it was. I was impressed by the fact that both "your" and "you're" were used improperly. Usually it's just the one so ... props, I guess?

I found myself really annoyed by Chase, he was just so bloody controlling and then I got pissed at her for not sticking up for herself more and taking a stand and to tell him that he can't tell her what to do when it's really unreasonable! But I really enjoyed it other than that! The writing was really good! Just some bits really pissed me off!

Tons of OW drama. No cheating. Not safe. Heroes man whore ways were beyond your normal man whore. Gross.
He knew she was “the one” when he saw her three years ago but very easily walked away and stayed away while sexing half the country. Gross.
Then has a one year “open relationship” with a showgirl he is possessive of even though he doesn’t date.

A-ma-zing.
Seriously I freaking loved this book.
The drama was perfect, and I just rooted so much for the characters.
I am in love with Chase. He was the perfect boyfriend in this book, even with his past that kept being pushed in his face.

Now I am so f*cking ready for Nikki and Kade's story.
