I wanted to dip my toes in mafia romances so decided to give this story a chance and I'm really glad I did.

I love Rafa's devotion to Amalia from the start. He takes one look and knows she's his and he is hers and I loved every second of it.

Amalia is feisty and amusing as she drives Rafa crazy.

The spice was great too.

I received this as an arc from the author and I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.

This was an amazing mafia romance. The story had me hooked from the start and it didn’t let go. Amelia and Rafe had explosive chemistry and so much steamy tension. The storyline was beyond entertaining and I just loved it. I can’t wait to see what will happen next in this mafia universe.

I have both read the book and now listen to the audiobook and I was so impressed by the choice of narrators. They were both very engaging but I didn’t feel like they overacted. The dialogue in both Italian and Spanish sounded great and I just really enjoyed listening to the story.

This story will definitely wreck your emotions- in the best way! Amalia and Rafe’s banter right from the start was my favorite. Her sassy attitude and fight towards him had me laugh out loud at times and wondering how he’d retaliate the other. Lots of twists and turns I didn’t see coming, which made the story so good and had me reading faster to see how it would end. Will they fight one another? Or will they chose love? Definitely a great start to the series!.

First 🥵🥵🥵 damn……..

Second why can’t my husband be OBSESSED with me like these book men are with their women 🤣 

My main complaint was I wish it was longer than it was because I loved their story but I wanted more! I needed more! And then when Rafe said “fuck my kids into her” turned me off so quick. That just was not for me. But great book, well written and right amount of  spice. 🌶🌶🌶
