some of the poems really hit home. i don't know how to rate this since poem books are a lot more subjective than regular books. honestly it was a great read, dealing with serious topics that women and poc women face today. i will probably end up dissecting more of the poems, deeply taking it in. i mean i took it in, understood, felt it for a bit, but to really take it in.
