Frendo Lives was a fun-filled gore-fest with many twists and turns!

However, the ending, the showdown, was a tad disappointing compared to the first book. It felt too rushed after the majority of the book was well-paced. Nonetheless, the final chapter left us with many questions and possibilities for the third book, and I am excited to see how that turns out!

Not as thrilling or vicious as the first, but it is still an exceptional horror YA about fraudulent conspiracy theories, mob mentality, and the effects of using said lies to target disenfranchised victims.

Casually queer characters in a horror story. It was definitely like a typical sequel where the heros are battling almost the same evil as before, but now they have more skills. I didn't enjoy this as much as the first book, but it was still a solid read.
