Finished reading 2 days ago but forgot to update. My thoughts on this is so mixed.

Because I think the ideas are so good!! But there’s some repetitive parts. And this book is so long that I had zone out when I was listening to it as an audiobook. Even though there’s so many interesting information, it wasn’t presented in a way that was intriguing enough. But I still really like the context and concept of this book. Honestly it’s very fascinating and I learned a lot. But in the end, it’s probably my attention span. I think it could have been condense into less hours of listening, aka less pages. Because I don’t know if this is a flaw with the audiobook or the book, but it was so confusing at times. The way they structured it made me think, “Am I reading a collection of book? Or are they different section?” It’s also quite repetitive, but I do think it’s both good and bad. Because the repetitiveness helps me remember the information more.

Overall, it was a very fascinating read. I just think it could be shorten- so my attention span could have listen to the whole audiobook without zoning out at times.

Feel like the book is more abstract and verbose, with a lack of practical information and guides as per the introduction.
