This came across as more of a documentary narrative - in David Attenborough hushed tones, "here, the policeman also delivers the mail" - then the great man was referenced by the story!! I also felt that this was more of an update to an earlier story and therefore I was missing some info, but I could be wrong.
As well as the thrid person descriptions, I was convinced its was a slice of 50's tv, but then they started texting each other!
A very sweet slice of Welsh Christmas pie with Mark and Bryn, and a goose!

Mark and Bryn are policemen in a Welsh village. I love a story with an established couple like this one was. The story is about living and working in this village, nothing really extraordinary happens, but I was smiling through the entire story : it was sweet, the characters were interesting and well written; it was just plain extraordinary ordinariness.

Believe me, you won’t want to miss the “goose” incident. That had me laughing so hard there may have been tears. This is a very cute story full of older women, young kids, and a pair of officers who are just too hot for words. Make sure you check this one out, highly recommended.
