This story is a beautiful take on the nursery rhyme, 'There was an Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe'. There are colorful pictures that any child seven and under would enjoy.

What makes this book so special is almost every page includes children participating in some sort of activity. Whether it is doing handsprings, riding a bike or cleaning, the rhymes will be easy for a child to repeat back to you. It is a good exercise in speech for younger children. Early readers will like it because the simple words go hand-in-hand with the pictures. It is an engaging learning tool.

Or a bird or a cat
A goat or a bunny
Or something like that'
