Eek. Ok so I loved The Wall of Winnipeg and Me, I thoroughly enjoyed Kulti, but I just barely made it through this one.
**I do have to say a major major peeve of mine is when anyone uses a mental health disorder as an adjective. In Kulti MZ used Bipolar Disorder to describe a characters personality and in this one she used Schizophrenia. Not cool.**
Iris was a doormat 98% of the time and constantly contradicting herself.

What a really great MC book...loved the story and I also loved how we got to know all of Iris's inner thoughts which were really funny at times. She was one tough cookie in my eyes she had been through a lot and came out of it a very wall rounded person, and then she meant Dex and he was just so alpha male but with a heart as big as it gets. Read there story you wouldn't be sorry.

this book needed to CHILL OUTTTTTT. i was obsessed from the literal second dex was introduced. i found iris to be annoying at times but their banter together was just mwah. i think a lot of the banter in mariana's book feels forced but this one felt sooo natural. maybe i was so obsessed bc dex reminded me of my real life bf?? who knows. this was just a gold ole fashioned 5 star easy cute read.

underwhelmed, maye cause i didnt connect with the charachters or maybe cause it was an older book or that i read the famous book from zapata before this one, but this one just fell flat, nothing happened and even what did wasnt something that i could reason her escape/run
