This book was super creepy. Edie’s chapters had me so stressed. I was begging her to just tell Heather to go away cause I knew that baby was in danger!! Eventually we learned what happened (

Edie's boyfriend and his pals gang-raped Heather

) and yes it's awful, but Edie was a young girl being manipulated by a controlling boyfriend and him and his friends are really to blame. It also felt strange that everyone just turned on Edie even though Heather just almost killed a baby? Like, what? And then Edie going to a station to presumably turn herself in, I mean I guess she’s accessory? It would be good to have those guys arrested though. Unsatisfying ending.
