This is a very quick and easy read, with quick, distilled advice on each page. Unfortunately, its stuff that I sort of already knew but don't want to believe (sugar is the devil and grains are his little demon henchmen, sitting at my desk is going to kill me, etc.)

Good tips on living a healthier life. It's definitely the kind of book where you want to choose one or two things to focus on changing at a time. I like the way it's organized and I think that implementing any of the ideas found in the book will help make your life healthier.

I don't know that this book should be consumed in one sitting, like I did. However, I appreciated the small but important lifestyle change ideas it presents. It obviously has bias, and there are some recommendations that I know could be argued are overly trendy (the paleo diet, for example), but it will be a good book to keep around as I slowly make healthy changes to my day to day activities.
