THIS WAS ADORABLE!!! i love nick and charlie and i loved seeing more of their relationship (this is the part where we beg alice for v5). it was adorable and to live for and i wish it was longer (yea i know its a novella it’s supposed to be short). the illustrations were also adorable and so cute and i loved them. also there were a bunch of high school musical references in the beginning which i was *living* for!

Such a good and quick read. I really enjoyed this book cause it shows that Nick and Charlie aren’t perfect and they are human and they fight. It really adds to the story of heartstopper and shows that even the best couples have their misunderstandings and arguments. But that if you really love each other, you will figure it out.

This was a cute novella to read while I wait for the next Heartbreaker (vol. 4!) to make its way to my local library. The plot at times seemed a little contrived and a little unnecessary. Overall, it was a fun and quick read that afforded the characters a bit more depth in prose vs. the graphic novel.

Say what you want but the book was good. Yes maybe it is just some whiny teenagers and gosh they’re story was predictable but who cares? Sorry you’re miserable and can’t enjoy a book.
