This was a tough, uncomfortable read. It’s heart breaking and raw. Jeannette did a good job painting a clear picture of her childhood/ teenage traumas and how those traumas impacted her adulthood. She did detail a tiny portion of her therapy, but I would have loved to read more about the therapy sessions (especially those sessions centered around her mothers abuse).
