These poor kids are going through so much. It breaks my heart.

These are really good books, heavy and interesting, while still having a surprisingly uplifting ending. The new perspective, Nina, was refreshing. I wonder if we'll have new perspectives going forward, or if we'll go back to Luke/Lee.

Quite a change to see Nina’s perspective! It was jarring at first but once things really started moving, I was into it. I did call the first twist in this one, though not the second!
