A little disappointing, but it was fun to have Andy in a more action type episode. I thought that it was easy to guess where this was going.

A light, well-paced action style romp with Andy.

This is an audio story exploring one of the side characters from the first few seasons of Torchwood, Andy Davison, and it has him go on a mission with a whole new character, Norton Folgate, who has accidentally become one of my all-time favourite Torchwood characters. I love the humour, the suspense, and the great banter between Andy and Norton, and I've listened to the whole thing multiple times. So, so good!

Oh my God. Who knew that the drama with PC Andy as the main character would be the best of the second series so far! Of course, Samuel Barnett had a lot to do with it with his hilarious campness, but the unexpected highlight of the drama was Tom Price. The moment when he responds to Barnett's "got there yet" with something to the effect of, "got there, parked, in the house and snacking on a tin of beans" (or something like that) literally made me laugh out loud so hard I nearly drove into the other lane by accident. I can count on one finger the amount of times an audio drama has made me a danger on the roadway. I was really not looking forward to the three episode in a row side character episodes (Tosh, Andy, and Suzie), I thought I would get bored. But nobody ever said I was right all the time. Except me. I say it all the time, but clearly that's not right, since I'm not right all the time. Anyway, the awesomeness of PC (excuse me, Sergeant) Andy has gotten me giddy, so excuse me. I even liked it better than the Victorian Age Barrowman one, and that's saying something since Barrowman is my absolute favorite. Something about the queen in that one just put me off. Let's just leave it at, PC Andy is awesome, Tom Price is a genius, and Samuel Barnett is the cherry on top of the awesome episode sundae.
