starting a reread of this entire series so i can finally read stellarlune! truly one of the best middle grade fantasy series out there :) i loved these books in middle school and revisiting is such a delight. sophie’s world is so dramatically complex- messenger works in new details with ease.

But her powers are pretty cool
Just wish she was able to use em
The mystery was good
Overall it was a great fun read.

I really liked this book it's just I didn't like all the middle schoolish drama in the middle of the book. I wish they would focus a little bit more on world building and the magic stuff. I still really loved it though.
