Kiss my Cupcake by Helena Hunting is a sweet and flirtatious good time. Blair owns a Cupcake shop that also sells cocktails. Ronan inherited a bar that also has axe throwing. This fun rom-com is full in angst and an enemies to lovers trope. It was a fun and quirky read!

I loved absolutely everything about Blaire and Ronan! They were incredible! This was a sweet funny (sexy) read and I highly recommend it!

I was really enjoying this, despite the fact that it was a bit cheesy because it was just so fun to read. I love enemies to lovers romances, and this book did a great job of that. But the last 75 pages or so just really let me down. The ending felt really rushed and contrived. It was almost too sweet. I kept having to put the book down because I was kind of cringing. It was too much. The cheesiness really got turned all the way up. So while I enjoyed this, I really wish the end, especially the epilogue, had been different.

I’m so obsessed with this quirky and adorable rom-com! A sexy plaid-wearing lumberjack of a man with a big heart, an independent and driven heroine who dresses in poofy 50s dresses. The two are restaurant-owning rivals and it’s absolutely endearing. Their snarky banter has all the chemistry you could ask for- and *whew* is it fun to watch unfold. Thank you so much to Netgalley and Forever for approving me for a copy- I’m obsessed!

I’m so obsessed with this quirky and adorable rom-com! Picture this: a sexy plaid-wearing, lumberjack-looking man with a big heart alongside an independent and driven heroine who loves to wear 50s-style poofy dresses of various themes and patterns. The two are next-door-neighbor-restaurant-owning rivals and it’s about as cute as it could be as they simultaneously compete AND work together. I’d say it’s enemies-to-lovers, but I think “frenemies”-to-lovers would be a better description. Their snarky banter has all the chemistry you could ask for- and *whew* is it fun when it unfolds. Plenty of build-up, a touch of steam, and an incredible story. Thank you so much to Netgalley and Forever for approving me for a copy!
