I really hated this book. It started off great but honestly, it kept getting worse. I couldn't even finish it. I thought I was going to learn new things but absolutely not. not worth your money.

It's an amazing read--some deep Marketing and Business words but very very insightful. I would have to read it again and learn all those wonderful things in the book :)

Sort of like a chapter-textbook. Every chapter is a different cognitive error that we might endure that could cloud our overall judgement. Really interesting stuff, tbh.

Better than Thinking, Fast and Slow tbh

Keeps quoting Taleb so often that I might as well just read his work.

Ironic that a book about cognitive errors would be laden with prejudiced statements, too.

Not impressed. Too episodic (t's composed of columns in a periodical) and there was too much recycling of other authors' work.

There were a couple of interesting items but, since there's no bibliography or references, no easy way to follow up.

Disappointing.

Pretty enjoyable. It's not really ground-breaking work, it really is just a compilation of other people's work made more accessible in bit-size bits.

Because of that, yeah, it feels kind of superficial. But I think it gets the point across of taking a moment to reflect upon any of the theories he brings to your attention, and encourages you to do your own research.
