I was really looking forward to the third volume of Hoax Hunters. I've given 5 stars to both volume 1 and 2. I loved them. This one just feel short. Two reasons for me: 1) the art style had totally changed. It's so dark and muddled. I couldn't sometimes keep track of which character was which because they looked so different than what I'm use to. Example, the parts with Regan and her Mom. 2) they didn't keep with the reality TV theme like they had in the first two.
I feel I should add some pros because there were a few things and I did really enjoy. We got some backflashes on Regan's life before she joined up with hoax hunters. Also the story was still interesting and the end, what??? Cliff hanger. I thought this was the end of the comic, bummed :( I also enjoyed the little short stories at the end.
