The first half was interesting, especially when they used real-world companies as examples. The later half, more details about business models than I'd like, bored me so I just skimmed those chapters. For a business book, the design and diagrams were great.

Never thought that business model is the most important component for business success. This will be my reference book until I find better book on business modeling.

Practice what you preach - the unique thing about this book is that it was created, published and generates revenue using the same principles and tools that it proposes. I believe there is no bigger endorsement for a book. As far as the content goes, by far the best business book I've ever read. The concepts are simple yet so powerful and the illustrations are a notch above the cut. I wish I had this in hand at B-school in place of hundreds on monotonic business books to read.
