Confesso que havia abandonado esse livro, pois não havia prendido a minha atenção. Re solvi pegar ele para ler de novo e ainda estava achando bem sem graça, mas depois dos 50% ficou incrível.
Ver o Apolo aprendendo como é ser humano e desenvolvendo empatia pelos semideuses é incrível, nunca pensei que fosse ver um deus do olimpo (mesmo que no corpo de um adolescente comum de 16 anos) realmente se importar com a sociedade, mas o Apolo fez isso parecer possível.
Eu já sabia que o Jason iria morrer em algum momento, mas foi tão inesperado para mim e o fato de Zeus não ter feito nada para ajudar seus filhos mostra o quão egoísta o senhor dos deuses é.
A Meg mostrou um desenvolvimento incrível, o que é ótimo, mas desde o primeiro livro de Percy Jackson sempre doeu em mim ter que ver essas crianças terem que passar por tantas coisas ruins, só por que seus pais são deuses que não se importam com a própria prole.
Entre os três livros lidos da saga até agora, “O labirinto de fogo” é com toda certeza o melhor. O Rick acertou em cheio nesse e, sinceramente, espero que esse homem nunca pare de escrever.

You know, I already knew Jason was going to die because of the spoilers on the Internet, but shit when he actually died though...that shit HURT mehn. There were fr tears in my eyes

Generally average in terms of the Riordan-verse. Elevated from the last one for me because I was excited to have Piper & Grover back!! But
I honestly thought Jason’s death was just…uneventful. In HOO he was my least favorite POV and I was never that attached to him and even so, I just think he deserved better.
I think it’s starting to really come together for me now though and I’m excited for the final climax of the series.
