Reminded me of children of the corn and sam from. Halloween movie. Even for a short story it draws you in, attaches you to characters,and even has you hope for revenge. Was a great read.

It was an ok book. It was a quick read and an unusual story. It would be a great book to read around Halloween. It was the first book in the RYOB challenge I joined.

The story idea is good, but I feel like it could have been executed better. It's a short book and a fairly easy read. It took me a minute to get into it and I found my thoughts straying while reading. Nothing really wrong that I could pin point, but nothing that made me excited to read it.
