It was just not… what i expected, i guess. I do think that if you aren’t from NYC or any other huge city you won’t be able to relate to at least 75% of this book. Especially if you’re not American, either. I’m from a small Swedish town and almost everything in this book feels so outlandish and alien to me, even though the author speaks in very sure terms about everything. Ah, whatever. I don’t think i’m the person she had in mind when she wrote this anyway.
