I really want to come back to this but I haven't picked it up in a couple months 😬

Honestly I don't understand the hype around this book. Out of the 350 pages, there are 10 pages that actually worth reading. All chapters except for the last one are just stories of patients who were in a lot of stress and had some sort of diseases. However it's not a study that reveals how the stress affects the body. It's just a correlation between stress and diseases found in some people (we don't even know if those people really exist or not). For me it was a waste of time. The last chapter is the only thing that brings up some knowledge.

Eye-opening. Thought Provoking. Soul-healing. Fitting as the first 5-star read of the year.
